Here you will be able to view all the orders you have received from your customers. At a first glance you will be able to see the following details of every order.
The order number will be automatically generated by the system.
This is the total amount of the order your customer paid.
Here you can update the status of the order to: Pending, Processing, Cancelled or Completed.
Name of the user who placed the order.
This is the date the order was created at.
The Action Menu
The Action Menu lets you update and view the different aspects of orders by selecting Action Menu residing on the extreme right of the Orders page.
You can update the status of the order if it’s Pending, Processing, Cancelled or Completed.
You can update the shipping status of the order if it's Pending, Processing, Cancelled or Completed.
Shipping Tracking Number
Here you are able to add the shipping tracking number of the order.
Shipping Label URL
You are able to add shipping label URL here, for your customers to be able to download in case they need to return an item.
You can update the order payment status here if the order is Pending, Paid, Cancelled or refunded.
You can view the payment method used for the order here by your customer.
You can view the automatically generated payment reference number here.
