To manage the orders you can use the Action Menu found at the extreme right of orders page. 


Inside the Action Menu you will find the following options.


Order Status


You can update the status of the order if it’s Pending, Processing, Cancelled or Completed.


Shipping Status


You can update the shipping status of the order if it's Pending, Processing, Cancelled or Completed.


Shipping Tracking Number


Here you are able to add the shipping tracking number of the order.


Shipping Label URL


You are able to add shipping label URL here, for your customers to be able to download in case they need to return an item.


Payment Status


You can update the order payment status here if the order is Pending, Paid, Cancelled or refunded. 


Payment Method


You can view the payment method used for the order here by your customer. 


Payment Reference 


You can view the automatically generated  payment reference number here.  



Updating the order status will help your customers know what's happening, and when can they expect their delivery. 


Keeping your orders up to date will keep your customers happy and calm and will build trust which will lead to repeat customers.
